The PD your course never gave you.

Most trainings work on the surface. I work on the surface AND underneath it, and teach you how to too.

You didn’t train for the hardest part of the job. And you might not even realise this is why it’s the hardest part of the job.

Too many kids in one room. Clients who don’t rebook. Unintentional exclusion of a population group. Strategies that work for a week, then stop. Not making progress towards set goals as you hoped.

I train the practical stuff - what to change in the room, how to read behaviour, what to do differently the next day. But I also give you the why underneath it, because that’s the part that makes it hold for the long run.

What Sets My Training Apart

  • I’ve been the student who got missed, the client in allied health appointments, the one trying to access community services. I get it, I’ve lived it and still am.

  • You’ll leave with strategies you can implement immediately - theory paired with actionable practice.

  • Whether you’re an educator, health professional, or in the public sector - the content is adapted to your context and challenges. I’ve collaborated in these worlds many times.

  • Training encourages teamwork, reflection, and problem-solving. You are the expert in your specific discipline, I am here to make you EVEN better with those you support
